These VIP Concierge Policy & Disclaimer terms apply to the GuestList VIP Concierge service provided by GuestList“we”, “our”, or “us”.

By contacting us, submitting a request, using our VIP Concierge service, messaging us, or paying for any concierge-related service, you agree to this VIP Concierge Policy & Disclaimer.

Please read this page carefully before using the service.

1. What We Do

GuestList VIP Concierge provides human-led assistance for planning, recommending, and coordinating nightlife, restaurant, live music, private dining, VIP table bookings, special events, and selected lifestyle experiences in Belgrade and Serbia.

Our concierge service may include assistance with:

  • VIP table bookings.

  • Guest list requests.

  • Restaurant reservations.

  • Live music restaurant bookings.

  • Nightclub recommendations.

  • Event recommendations.

  • Birthday or celebration planning.

  • Bachelor or bachelorette night planning.

  • Private group arrangements.

  • Special offer coordination.

  • Communication with venues on your behalf.

  • General nightlife and hospitality guidance.

GuestList may communicate with venues, restaurants, clubs, event organizers, promoters, or third-party providers on your behalf in order to gather information, check availability, and assist with reservations.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, GuestList is not a venue, restaurant, nightclub, event organizer, transport provider, security provider, tour operator, travel agency, or reseller.

2. Human-Led Concierge Service

GuestList VIP Concierge is based on human judgment, local knowledge, and direct communication with venues and partners.

Our suggestions are made by real people and may reflect our professional opinion, experience, and understanding of the local nightlife and hospitality market.

However, taste is subjective. A venue, event, restaurant, or experience that is popular, premium, or highly recommended may still not match your personal expectations.

GuestList does not guarantee that every recommendation, booking, event, or experience will meet your personal taste or expectations.

3. Your Final Decision

GuestList may provide options, recommendations, pricing information, venue details, availability updates, and booking suggestions.

However, the final decision is always yours.

We do not force, finalize, or confirm any paid booking, table, package, experience, or reservation without your approval.

By confirming a booking or request, you accept the venue’s or third-party provider’s rules, pricing, cancellation terms, entry conditions, and service policies.

4. Reservations & Booking Assistance

GuestList may assist with submitting, managing, or coordinating reservations.

However, submitting a VIP Concierge request does not automatically guarantee:

  • Confirmed table availability.

  • Guest list access.

  • Venue entry.

  • Specific table position.

  • Specific seating arrangement.

  • Special treatment.

  • Price lock.

  • Minimum spend approval.

  • Special offer availability.

  • Final approval by the venue.

A reservation is only considered confirmed once you receive clear confirmation from GuestList, the venue, or the relevant booking contact.

Final table allocation, entry approval, pricing, minimum spend, venue rules, and service execution remain under the control of the venue or event organizer.

5. Venue Rules & Entry Conditions

All venues, restaurants, clubs, and events may apply their own rules and policies.

These may include:

  • Age restrictions.

  • Dress code.

  • ID verification.

  • Door policy.

  • Arrival time.

  • Minimum spend.

  • Table deposit.

  • Gender or group ratio requirements.

  • Group size limits.

  • Behavior standards.

  • Security checks.

  • Venue capacity limits.

  • Private event restrictions.

  • Management discretion.

GuestList is not responsible if a venue refuses entry, changes conditions, cancels a reservation, changes a table allocation, or refuses service due to any venue policy or management decision.

Even with a confirmed reservation, entry may still be subject to final approval at the door.

6. VIP Service Does Not Guarantee Entry

The term “VIP” refers to a higher level of reservation assistance, planning support, and hospitality coordination.

It does not guarantee automatic entry, priority access, special privileges, free upgrades, complimentary items, or exceptions to venue policies unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

Venues reserve the right to refuse entry or service at their own discretion.

7. Pricing, Fees & Payments

GuestList may charge a concierge service fee for selected VIP Concierge requests, planning assistance, premium coordination, private arrangements, or custom services.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, GuestList concierge fees cover our assistance, communication, planning, and coordination service only.

Venue-related costs are not included unless explicitly confirmed.

Venue-related costs may include:

  • Table minimum spend.

  • Entry fees.

  • Tickets.

  • Deposits.

  • Food and beverage charges.

  • Service charges.

  • Tips.

  • Transportation.

  • Third-party provider fees.

  • Cancellation or no-show fees.

All venue prices, packages, and minimum spends are subject to change and should be confirmed before final booking.

8. Payments to Venues & Third Parties

Some venues, restaurants, clubs, or third-party providers may require deposits, prepayments, ticket purchases, or card details.

In such cases, GuestList may help coordinate the process by connecting you with the venue or sharing secure payment instructions where available.

GuestList does not store full payment card details and does not recommend sending sensitive payment information through unsecured chat messages.

Any payment made directly to a venue, restaurant, club, event organizer, promoter, payment platform, or third-party provider is subject to that provider’s own terms, refund policy, cancellation policy, and payment conditions.

GuestList is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, deposit issues, card charges, chargebacks, or billing errors caused by third parties.

9. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Reservation changes, late arrivals, cancellations, no-shows, and refund requests are subject to the relevant venue’s or third-party provider’s own policy.

GuestList will try to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee that a venue will approve a cancellation, refund, rescheduling request, deposit return, or change in booking terms.

GuestList concierge fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, because our team may begin research, communication, coordination, and planning immediately after your request is accepted.

If GuestList has not started work on your request, we may consider a refund at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Response Times & Availability

GuestList aims to respond as quickly as reasonably possible and to support urgent same-day requests where possible.

However, response times and confirmation times may depend on:

  • Venue availability.

  • Event schedules.

  • Seasonality.

  • Peak nights.

  • Public holidays.

  • Response time from venues.

  • Group size.

  • Complexity of the request.

  • Last-minute changes.

GuestList does not guarantee a specific response time, booking confirmation time, or final outcome.

11. Private & Custom Requests

GuestList may assist with private or custom hospitality requests, such as celebrations, group nights, special dinners, VIP club nights, private rooms, selected experiences, or tailored itineraries.

All custom requests are subject to availability, feasibility, legal requirements, venue approval, and third-party provider terms.

GuestList reserves the right to refuse any request that is illegal, unsafe, inappropriate, abusive, misleading, or outside the scope of our service.

12. Your Responsibilities

By using GuestList VIP Concierge, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal details.

  • Provide correct guest count, date, time, and preferences.

  • Inform us of any budget, special request, or restriction in advance.

  • Respect venue rules and staff.

  • Arrive on time.

  • Follow dress code and age requirements.

  • Carry valid identification where required.

  • Pay all venue-related charges.

  • Cover any cancellation, late arrival, no-show, or minimum spend charges.

  • Behave respectfully and lawfully.

  • Take responsibility for your personal safety, belongings, and conduct.

GuestList is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information, late communication, failure to follow rules, inappropriate behavior, or changes made directly between you and the venue without informing us.

13. User Conduct & Fair Use

The VIP Concierge service is intended for reasonable personal or group use.

You may not use the service for:

  • Illegal activities.

  • Fraud.

  • Harassment.

  • Impersonation.

  • Abuse of venues, partners, or GuestList staff.

  • Misuse of special offers.

  • False reservation requests.

  • Excessive or unreasonable requests.

  • Attempts to bypass venue rules, age restrictions, payment obligations, or legal requirements.

GuestList reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service if we believe the service is being misused.

14. Accuracy of Information

GuestList makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

However, venue information may change without notice.

This may include:

  • Prices.

  • Minimum spend.

  • Opening hours.

  • Event timing.

  • Performer lineup.

  • Table availability.

  • Guest list policy.

  • Dress code.

  • Entry fee.

  • Special offers.

  • Cancellation terms.

  • Venue rules.

Information provided by GuestList is based on the latest information available to us at the time of communication, but final confirmation always depends on the venue or third-party provider.

15. Third-Party Services

GuestList may recommend, coordinate, or connect you with third-party venues, restaurants, clubs, event organizers, transport providers, experience providers, ticketing platforms, payment platforms, or other partners.

GuestList does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their actions, service quality, pricing, availability, safety, cancellation policies, or customer experience.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

16. No Guarantee of Experience Quality

GuestList may recommend venues, events, or experiences based on our knowledge and available information.

However, we cannot guarantee:

  • Service quality.

  • Music quality.

  • Crowd atmosphere.

  • Guest profile.

  • Food or drink quality.

  • Staff behavior.

  • Waiting times.

  • Table position.

  • Event energy.

  • Personal enjoyment.

  • Overall satisfaction.

Nightlife, hospitality, and event experiences are subjective and may be affected by factors outside our control.

17. Personal Safety & Belongings

You are responsible for your own personal safety, belongings, transportation, and behavior at all times.

GuestList is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen items.

  • Personal injury.

  • Property damage.

  • Transportation issues.

  • Disputes with staff or guests.

  • Unsafe behavior by third parties.

  • Any incident occurring at a venue, event, or third-party location.

Users should act responsibly and follow all local laws, venue instructions, and safety guidance.

18. Privacy & Messaging

GuestList may communicate with you through WhatsApp, phone, SMS, Instagram, email, or other communication channels.

By using the VIP Concierge service, you consent to receiving messages, calls, and notifications necessary to manage your request.

We may process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Please avoid sending sensitive payment card details, identification documents, or highly sensitive personal information through unsecured messaging channels unless absolutely necessary and requested through a secure process.

19. Intellectual Property

All GuestList branding, concierge service structure, written content, recommendations, guides, planning materials, website design, and platform materials belong to GuestList or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

20. Service Changes

GuestList may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the VIP Concierge service at any time.

We may also change pricing, scope, availability, communication channels, or service terms.

Any updates to this Policy will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

21. Suspension or Refusal of Service

GuestList reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate concierge service if:

  • The request is illegal or unsafe.

  • The user provides false information.

  • The user behaves abusively.

  • The user misuses the service.

  • The request violates venue rules or applicable laws.

  • The user refuses to pay required charges.

  • The request is outside the scope of our service.

22. Force Majeure

GuestList is not responsible for delays, cancellations, failed bookings, service interruptions, or inability to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include:

  • Weather conditions.

  • Government restrictions.

  • Venue closures.

  • Technical failures.

  • Internet or communication outages.

  • Strikes.

  • Security incidents.

  • Public events.

  • Emergencies.

  • Force majeure events.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

The GuestList VIP Concierge service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GuestList makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:

  • Availability of venues or events.

  • Suitability of recommendations.

  • Quality of third-party services.

  • Final booking approval.

  • Entry approval.

  • Price accuracy before confirmation.

  • User satisfaction.

  • Fitness for a particular purpose.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GuestList, its owners, team members, partners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or reputational damages arising from the use of the VIP Concierge service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Disappointing experiences.

  • Denied entry.

  • Cancelled events.

  • Venue policy changes.

  • Lost reservations.

  • Payment disputes.

  • Poor service at venues.

  • Delays in confirmation.

  • Third-party failures.

  • Loss of enjoyment.

  • Loss of property.

  • Personal injury.

  • Any issue caused by venues, event organizers, or third-party providers.

Where legally permitted, GuestList’s total liability for any claim related to the VIP Concierge service shall not exceed the amount paid directly to GuestList for the specific concierge service related to the claim.

25. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuestList, its owners, team members, affiliates, partners, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your use of the VIP Concierge service.

  • Your violation of this Policy.

  • Your violation of venue rules.

  • Your misuse of third-party services.

  • Your unlawful or inappropriate behavior.

  • False or inaccurate information provided by you.

  • Any dispute caused by your actions or omissions.

26. Governing Law & Disputes

This VIP Concierge Policy & Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Any disputes related to this Policy, the GuestList VIP Concierge service, or your use of the service shall be handled in accordance with applicable Serbian laws and competent courts in Serbia.

Before starting any formal claim, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication.
