By making a reservation or submitting a request through GuestList, you confirm that you meet the applicable requirements for the selected venue or event.

GuestList is not responsible if a venue refuses entry due to age, dress code, guest policy, capacity limits, behavior, identification issues, or any other venue-specific rule.

3. Purpose of the Platform

GuestList is a digital platform that provides information about nightlife venues, restaurants, live music events, club events, table bookings, guest lists, and special offers in Belgrade and Serbia.

Through GuestList, users may be able to:

• Discover venues, events, parties, restaurants, and special offers.

• Submit reservation requests for tables, guest lists, or event access.

• View event information, venue details, music style, pricing, reservation terms, and promotional offers.

• Be redirected to third-party platforms, official venue channels, or external booking/contact options.

GuestList does not own, operate, manage, or control the venues, restaurants, clubs, events, or third-party services listed on the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Reservations & Booking Requests

When you submit a reservation request through GuestList, you understand that the request may need to be reviewed, confirmed, or approved by the relevant venue, event organizer, or GuestList team.

A submitted request does not automatically guarantee a confirmed reservation, table, entry, guest list access, or special offer.

A reservation is considered confirmed only when you receive confirmation from GuestList, the venue, or the relevant reservation contact.

GuestList may assist with forwarding reservation requests, coordinating with venues, or providing contact information, but final approval, availability, seating, table allocation, minimum spend, entry conditions, and service execution remain the responsibility of the venue or event organizer.

5. Venue Rules & Entry Conditions

All venues and events listed on GuestList may apply their own rules, including but not limited to:

• Age restrictions.

• Dress code.

• ID verification.

• Door policy.

• Minimum spend.

• Table deposit.

• Arrival time requirements.

• Guest ratio requirements.

• Group size limitations.

• Payment terms.

• Event-specific conditions.

• Right of refusal.

GuestList is not responsible if a user is denied entry, loses a reservation, misses a booking time, fails to meet venue conditions, or does not comply with the venue’s rules.

Users are responsible for checking all relevant details before attending a venue or event.

6. Special Offers

GuestList may display special offers, discounts, packages, guest list benefits, complimentary items, bottle deals, welcome drinks, ticket offers, or other promotional arrangements.

All special offers are subject to availability and may change, expire, or be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Special offers may be limited by:

• Date.

• Time of arrival.

• Venue capacity.

• Minimum spend.

• Group size.

• Gender ratio.

• Reservation approval.

• Table category.

• Event type.

• Venue policy.

GuestList will make reasonable efforts to display accurate offer information, but final confirmation and fulfillment of any special offer remain subject to the venue’s approval and availability.

7. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep all information on GuestList accurate and up to date. However, nightlife, restaurant, and event information can change quickly.

This may include changes to:

• Event dates.

• Opening hours.

• Music programs.

• Performer lineups.

• Table prices.

• Minimum spend.

• Entry fees.

• Special offers.

• Reservation conditions.

• Availability.

• Venue policies.

GuestList does not guarantee that all information displayed on the platform is always complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Users should verify important details directly with the venue, event organizer, or official reservation contact before making final decisions.

8. Featured Listings & Paid Placements

GuestList may highlight certain venues, events, offers, or partners in featured sections, homepage banners, recommended lists, sponsored placements, or promotional categories.

Featured placement may be based on editorial selection, commercial partnerships, paid promotion, venue collaboration, user relevance, or platform strategy.

The order, visibility, or prominence of listings on GuestList should not be understood as an objective ranking, official recommendation, or guarantee of quality.

9. Third-Party Content

GuestList may display venue names, logos, images, videos, event artwork, descriptions, menus, prices, contact details, social media links, and other third-party materials for informational and promotional purposes.

All third-party trademarks, logos, names, and media belong to their respective owners.

GuestList does not claim ownership over third-party venue or event materials unless explicitly stated.

If you are a rights holder and believe that any content has been used incorrectly, please contact us so we can review and, if necessary, update or remove the content.

10. Intellectual Property & Platform Protection

All GuestList branding, website design, structure, layout, copywriting, platform concept, listing format, category system, visual presentation, user experience, and original content are protected and belong to GuestList or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, imitate, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the GuestList platform without prior written permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Website layout.

• Listing structure.

• Offer presentation.

• Venue/event database.

• Reservation system.

• Branding and visual identity.

• Written descriptions.

• Platform concept and organization.

Unauthorized use of GuestList content, design, or system may result in legal action.

11. User Conduct

By using GuestList, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, misleading, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

• Submit false reservation information.

• Impersonate another person, venue, brand, or company.

• Misuse venue contact details.

• Attempt to manipulate reservations, special offers, or guest list access.

• Scrape, copy, or extract platform data without permission.

• Interfere with the website’s functionality or security.

• Use GuestList content to build a competing service without written approval.

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or disrespect venue staff, GuestList team members, or other users.

GuestList reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or block access to users who misuse the platform.

12. Payments, Deposits & Venue Charges

Some venues or events may require entry fees, deposits, minimum spend, prepayment, ticket purchase, or other charges.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, GuestList does not process, hold, or control payments made directly to venues, restaurants, clubs, promoters, ticketing platforms, or third-party providers.

Any payment, refund, cancellation, deposit, no-show fee, or chargeback issue is subject to the relevant venue’s or third-party provider’s own terms and policies.

GuestList is not responsible for disputes related to payments made outside the GuestList platform.

13. Cancellations, No-Shows & Changes

Reservation changes, cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows may be subject to the venue’s own policy.

GuestList cannot guarantee that a venue will hold a table or booking if the user arrives late, changes group size, fails to respond to confirmation messages, or does not meet the agreed reservation terms.

Users are responsible for informing the venue or GuestList as early as possible if they need to cancel or modify a reservation.

14. Disclaimer of Liability

GuestList provides information, listings, reservation assistance, and promotional content for convenience and discovery purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GuestList is not responsible for:

• Denied entry.

• Venue policy changes.

• Cancelled or postponed events.

• Inaccurate third-party information.

• Pricing changes.

• Lost reservations.

• Poor service experience.

• Waiting times.

• Capacity issues.

• Disputes with venues.

• Payment disputes with third parties.

• User behavior or misconduct.

• Any loss, damage, injury, expense, or inconvenience arising from the use of the platform or attendance at listed venues/events.

Users attend venues, events, and restaurants at their own discretion and risk.

15. Third-Party Links

GuestList may contain links to third-party websites, social media pages, reservation systems, ticketing platforms, payment platforms, venue websites, or affiliate links.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, security, availability, or practices of any third-party website or platform.

Accessing third-party links is done at your own discretion.

16. No Guarantee of Availability

GuestList does not guarantee that any venue, table, event, offer, ticket, or reservation slot will be available at the time of request.

Availability may change without notice due to capacity, private events, operational decisions, weather, staffing, technical issues, or other factors outside GuestList’s control.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuestList, its owners, team members, partners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform.

• Your violation of these Terms.

• Your misuse of reservation services or special offers.

• Your interaction with venues, events, or third parties.

• Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information submitted by you.

18. Changes to the Platform

GuestList may update, modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, listings, features, offers, services, or content at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable for any changes, interruptions, errors, or temporary unavailability of the platform.
