Belgrade nightlife on a weeknight
Belgrade nightlife on a weeknight

Belgrade’s reputation is built on weekends, but the city doesn’t sleep from Monday to Thursday. If you’re visiting for work, on a short city break or just want a calmer night with easy reservations, here’s where to go out in Belgrade during the week — day by day.

Monday and Tuesday: live music every night

Boutique 3 restaurant with live music, Belgrade

Early in the week, live music is your best bet. Boutique 3 in New Belgrade has live bands every night (Monday at Boutique 3, Tuesday at Boutique 3), and in Skadarlija Tri Šešira (Monday, Tuesday) and Zlatni Bokal are open every day with tamburaši and traditional food.

Want a club? Lasta Club in Beton Hala opens from Tuesday, so you can dance before the weekend even starts.

Wednesday: the secret best night

Wednesday is when locals start going out again. HYPE in Savamala opens on Wednesdays, Nacionalna Klasa at Ušće brings live pop and folk-pop, and Lasta Club keeps going. For live music with dinner, there’s Wednesday at Boutique 3 and Wednesday at Tri Šešira. Read more in Wednesday Nights in Belgrade.

Thursday: the weekend starts early

The Bank nightclub, Belgrade

By Thursday the city is in full swing. The Bank opens its weekend (Thursday at The Bank), and in Beton Hala Temperament and Sakura start their Thursday-to-Saturday run of dinners with music. Tradicija also opens on Thursdays with acoustic traditional music, and there’s Thursday at Tri Šešira and Thursday at Boutique 3.

Why go out midweek?

Easier reservations: the best tables are easier to get than on Saturday.

A more local crowd: midweek nights are mostly locals, not just visitors.

Calmer pace: perfect for a dinner with live music before an early start.

Midweek tips

Check the day. Many venues open only on certain days — each venue page on GuestList shows its working days.

Still book ahead. Popular venues can be full even on weekdays, especially Thursdays.

Don’t forget Sunday. Belgrade’s week often starts on Sunday — see Belgrade’s Sunday Nights.

Booking through GuestList is free — no booking fees and no online payment, you pay at the venue. Open any venue or event page and send the form, or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll suggest the right places for your night.
