Old-Belgrade romance in Skadarlija

Skadarlija, the cobbled bohemian street in the old town, is the classic choice. At Tri Šešira and Zlatni Bokal you’ll have traditional Serbian food while tamburaši play old Balkan songs — often right at your table. Both are open every day.

Elegant dinners with live music

Bottega at Galerija brings Greek and Mediterranean live music to an elegant dinner. Boutique 3 in New Belgrade combines dinner, live music and DJ sets every night of the week (Friday at Boutique 3). For acoustic traditional music in a more intimate setting, try Tradicija (Friday at Tradicija). Note that Bottega and Boutique 3 have higher age limits for men.

Dinner by the river

In Beton Hala, right below Kalemegdan, Temperament offers traditional cuisine, river views and live music, while Sakura serves Asian fusion with cocktails and evening DJ sets. Both are a short walk from the clubs — handy if the night continues.

After dinner: a stylish club

If you want to dance, HYPE in Savamala is a premium club with house, disco & funk and a stylish crowd (Friday at HYPE). The Bank offers R&B and house in an elegant setting (Saturday at The Bank).
